Started a new position in my Rollover IRA retirement account. I recently moved money out of the Money Market Fund into cash so I could buy this dip. I'll continue to buy more on further selling. Good thing is Fidelity still pays about 3% on cash positions, so I'll continue to make some money each money while I try to buy back into the stock market.

Tuesday morning 8:46am CT ...
 
After buying SOXS on 6-12 and holding it ,,, yesterday morning early I sold it for a total loss of $27.55 ... so naturally this morning it is up 22% ...

Anyone know why the markets are down BIG this morning?
$USD at high ,,, Japan YEN at 40 year low (intervention territory) ... gold and silver down because of $USD high (costs more for foreign countries to convert their currencies into $USD to buy gold) and market is betting on FED rate hikes (gold doesn't pay an interest rate) ...
 
Biggest is TECH down hard (look at QQQ compared to the other markets) on fears that AI spending is to high etc. and chips getting hit also ...
 
Those are the main things in the headlines this morning ... ,,, ... probably the BOYZ just saw everyone leaning bullish with the Iran peace deal and decided to have some fun pulling the rug out from under them ...

HAPPY TERRIBLE TUESDAY, gang....!!!
 
Well, my broker balance has VAULTED BIG TIME....I am having my best day this year, I think....of course, it's early in the day so anything can happen.....so, not to give back all of these SHORT GAINS, I have cashed out several put trades for PROFITS.....
 
On QQQ, SPY, IWM and TQQQ.
 
I also cashed out a couple of nice put trades on SPCX late yesterday....one was in the Mini-Hedge Fund.
 
Busy this morning.....will be back later, I hope! Keep it GREEN...!!!😎
 
BTW, Keep an on the DOLLAR....especially Dollar-Yen....it's nearing 162 and both the FED and JCB are trying to intervene by selling dollars into the markets, but so far, it's not working for them...it's the collapse of the YEN CARRY TRADE that is behind this selloff, imho. 😉
 
PPS....it looks like some money is running into QUANT COMPUTING now.....my QNT shares are up over 14% today! 😏
